SAFE Rail Fastening System (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of rail fastening systems with a total investment exceeding 50 million RMB and spanning an area of more than 50,000 ㎡. Strategically located in Zhejiang Province, the heart of China's manufacturing sector, our company is ideally positioned to deliver high-quality products.
Our production capabilities are demonstrated by our annual output of 5 million sets of rail fastening systems and an automated 3D warehouse with a capacity of 30,000 tons. The specialized production lines and laboratories are equipped with over 100 sets of advanced international automation and testing equipment, ensuring that each product meets the highest industry standards.
In terms of management, we follow international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, implementing an excellent performance management model. Our practices include "7S" management, ERP systems, and JIT production management, continuously enhancing production efficiency and product quality.

Established as a rubber products factory in Shanxi, focusing on manufacturing rubber pads for concrete sleepers
Original: Baoji Baocheng Railway Track Division Equipment and Materials Factory

One of the first to receive the "Railway Industrial Product Manufacturing License" issued by the Ministry of Railways of the People's Republic of China
2005
Obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification

Reached an annual production of more than 6 million pieces of various types of rubber pads

Passed the technical examination of the Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Railways of the People's Republic of China: rubber pads for Type II fastening system, rubber pads for speed-up turnouts, rail gauge insulators for Type III fastening system and rubber pads for Type III fastening system

Participated in the compilation of national standard GB/T 21527-2008 for resilient tie pad/elastic pads of rail fastening system

Participated in the revision of CRCC product rubber pad standards

One of the first to obtain CRCC railway product certification from China Railway Test & Certification Center Limited

Reached an annual turnover of 300 million RMB

Obtained ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification；
To enhance product quality and support the enterprise's growth, we replaced old equipment with a new automated formula production line. This upgrade is aimed at meeting the demands for high-strength, compression-resistant, and wear-resistant rubber pads used in high-speed and conventional rails.
2021

A substantial investment of over RMB 20 million has been made to establish state-of-the-art, fully automated rail clip production lines

2022

Achieved full integration of production resources across the entire fastening system supply chain, ensuring comprehensive control over product quality management and components manufacturing

2023

The establishment of SFFST Rail Fastening System (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. as the headquarters marked a strategic move toward expanding into global rail transit markets. The launch of the SFFST Rail Fastening System brand and research center aligned with China’s ‘One Belt, One Road’ initiative.
