Jinan-Qingdao High-Speed Railway Project

In 2017, leveraging strong technical expertise and industry experience, we secured the bid for the national key project—Jinan-Qingdao High-Speed Railway—supplying high-performance rubber elastic pads/resilient tie pads to China Railway 5th Bureau, China Railway 21st Bureau, China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau, and China Railway Aviation Port Construction Group, with a contract value nearing RMB 10 million. We overcame high-load and long-life technical challenges, delivering products exceeding industry standards. With “zero-defect quality,” “24/7 responsive service,” and an end-to-end “production-to-installation” collaborative model, we ensured the stable operation of 350 km/h high-speed rail, achieving 100% customer satisfaction. This project cemented our leadership in high-speed rail core components and showcased the backbone strength of “Made in China” in national strategic projects.
